Notice of alleged infringement
If you believe material published by ToolsDiary infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@toolsdiary.com containing: identification of the copyrighted work, identification and URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, and your physical or electronic signature.
Tool inputs
Launch tools process user inputs locally and do not publish those inputs to ToolsDiary. If a future feature permits public user submissions, separate moderation and notice procedures may apply.
False notices
Knowingly submitting a materially false infringement notice can have legal consequences. Consider obtaining legal advice if you are uncertain about ownership, licensing or fair-use questions.
